Our Rooms
The FARMHOUSE is exclusively yours for the length of your stay.

• Both bedrooms have queen mattresses, antique reproduction headboards and good reading lights. The incredibly comfortable beds are made up w/ fine linen and stacks of soft pillows.
• The well-equipped kitchen's generous pine table easily seats 6. You can bring your own food for lunch and dinner or eat out at the local restaurants noted on the Activities page.
• The re-done bathroom is stocked with thick, fluffy towels and includes a shower (with pure water from our own well), pedestal sink and oval mirror.
• The living room's cushy couch and chairs have plenty of light for reading. The ceiling fan coupled with air conditioning keep you comfortable. Books, a VCR with a library of tapes, games, jigsaw puzzles and other quiet pursuits, let you finally take a deep breath, sink back and put your feet up.

Extended stay: $950.00 per month, monthly maid service. No breakfasts provided. No tax.

Regular stay per night:

Our porches and outside area

The open front porch has two old rockers and a glider ready for you to watch sunset in the distant woods. The enclosed back porch or sunporch is perfect for sunrise greeting and coffee sipping anytime of the year with its view of the trees and meadow. A BBQ area is also a good way to enjoy The FARMHOUSE'S laid-back outdoor setting. In the meadow is our pond stocked for amateur anglers.

Continental Breakfast

Choose your coffee from decaf or regular, perk it at your leisure while you make some hot oatmeal or fix-up a bowl of granola. Tea or cocoa your desire? Look in the basket in the pantry. There's milk in the fridge along with fresh fruit in season. The orange juice is in the fridge too. Just 3 miles away, Winnsboro's good cafes can provide a big breakfast if so desired.
