About Our Bed & Breakfast
The FARMHOUSE at Hunter's Moon Farm
Constructed of oak, long-leaf pine and cypress, most of the orignal 1,200 sq. foot farmhouse remains like Nana Horne's brothers built it for her almost 80 years ago. Just as guests today come to the peaceful East Texas countryside to renew their spirits, she too needed a reconnect with the woods, ponds, flowers and blue skies of her birthplace.
Close to great restaurants, live music venues, plays, art galleries, antiquing, Lake Winnsboro and well-known events like Winnsboro's Autumn Trails, The Farmhouse and its surroundings have retained all the qualities of the last century coupled with the amenities we've come to expect in this century.
